ABSTRACT

This paper summarizes the research on poverty measurement, poverty alleviation, poverty alleviation performance evaluation and anti-poverty countermeasures in deep poverty areas. It summarizes the poverty causes in deep poverty areas mainly due to poor geographical environment, lack of institutional supply, lack of public services, lack of human capital, social exclusion is serious, and it is imperative to adapt to local conditions and make precise decisions. In China's existing anti-poverty research in deep poverty areas, there are imbalances between quantitative and qualitative research, polarization between theoretical and empirical research, clear distinctions between independent research and cross-disciplinary research, and it is expected that there will be more innovative in research methods, theoretical guidance, and interdisciplinary interaction in the future.
