ABSTRACT
In the early stage of the rapid development of modern enterprises, enterprises began to pay more attention to their own internal optimization. And the wide application of supply chain management mode clearly points out that enterprises should not only internal optimization, but also strategic optimization in order to improve the overall competitiveness of enterprises.
