ABSTRACT
Ideological and political education is the soul and core of all work in colleges and universities. Only by integrating ideological and political education into college students' career planning and combining the two can the university truly realize the people-oriented concept and better improve the pertinence, effectiveness, attraction and appeal of ideological and political education. Therefore, ideological and political education can really guide students to improve their personal development and to achieve the significance of targeted education.
