ABSTRACT

Mergers and acquisitions are more and more common in the automobile industry. Based on the case of Geely Holding Group acquiring Dongfeng Nanchong Automobile Co., Ltd. in 2016, this paper analyzes and evaluates its M&A performance. It aims to provide some assistance for the M&A performance information users and stakeholders in making reasonable decisions.
