ABSTRACT

Nylon composites are widely used in production and life on the strength of their excellent properties. Traditional nylons were principally made from petroleum. As an emerging material, bio-based nylon has recently aroused wide concern on account of its environmental protection. This paper summarizes the research progress and main problems in the performance and application of bio-based nylon 56 in China.
