ABSTRACT

This paper discusses the new thinking and overall goal of the standardization construction of electric power measurement based on the exploration of the present situation of electric power measurement in new situation. The relevant ways of standardization of electric power measurement in new situation are further studied. It is intended to bring more thought and enlightenment to smooth operation of electric power measurement in the current environment.
