ABSTRACT

The incentive teaching approach is effective and workable for the advancement of teachers’ teaching efficiency and students’ academic performance. The paper made a tentative endeavor in elaborating the necessity of the application for the incentive teaching approach in college English teaching including the analysis of teachers, students and college English course. In addition, the detailed illustration of the implementation for the incentive teaching approach in college English teaching is demonstrated accordingly.
