ABSTRACT
This paper uses the keyword search method to cut into the problem of innovative talents. Through the analysis of the literature big data, it points out that the problem of innovative talents has become a hot issue that has been heating up in the past 10 years. At the same time, it analyzes the status quo of research on innovative talents in the past 10 years in China. In the above, it points out that the problem of the introduction and cultivation of innovative talents in Chongqing is the homogenization of strategy, and then puts forward some thinking and research strategies for the introduction and cultivation of innovative talents in Chongqing.
