ABSTRACT

Civil and commercial law is a very important part of China's legal system, it is the regulation of all kinds of commercial and civil acts laws and regulations. Joint and several liability in civil and commercial law is a relatively common kind of responsibility, but some contents of the joint and several liability in civil and commercial law are not in line with the actual life of today, so a series of problems arise. This paper discusses the concept and characteristics of joint and several liability in civil and commercial law, discusses the problems of joint and several liability in civil and commercial law, and puts forward some suggestions for solving them.
