ABSTRACT

with the continuous development of the walnut industry in China, walnut has become the largest dried fruit tree species in China. 28 provinces and autonomous regions in China have different areas of cultivation. Due to the rapid expansion of the industrial area in the early stage, there are many unsafe links in the process of walnut production. Safety production technologies in prenatal, mid-production and post-natal production are briefly summarized.
