ABSTRACT

As one of the traditional handicrafts of ethnic minorities, Dong brocade has both artistic aesthetic value and ethnic cultural inheritance value, and patterns are the core elements of Dong brocade art. Through the interpretation of its types and humanistic connotation, this paper analyzes the artistic features and expression techniques of Dong brocade patterns, and explores the reference and application in fashion design, tourism product development and other fields, which is helpful to the inheritance of Dong culture and Dong brocade skills.
