ABSTRACT

Learning atmosphere construction in universities is a key point for setting up a long-term mechanism of "Sanquan education" and a powerful guarantee for improving the quality of talent training. Improving the learning atmosphere can not only promote universities to cultivate high-quality students with both ability and political integrity and comprehensive development, but also guide teachers to develop themselves by learning and teaching virtuely, so as to become excellent educators. Based on the importance and necessity of learning atmosphere construction, this article analyzes the existing problems in the construction of style of study in universities, and proposes a model for optimizing learning atmosphere construction in universities, hoping to provide a useful reference for universities to improve the quality of education.
