ABSTRACT
In 2017, China's legislation formally established the plaintiff status of environmental public interest litigation filed by procuratorial organs, which started late and is still in the exploratory stage, and the legal system and procedures need to be improved urgently. From the perspective of "open judicial cases", this paper focuses on the judicial cases of "environmental public interest litigation brought by procuratorial organs" in China from 2017 to 2020.
