ABSTRACT

This paper mainly introduces the construction and practice path of the 532 talent training model Road-bridge comprehensive training system, including in-depth cooperation between schools and enterprises, the establishment of a professional teaching environment, and the realization of teaching reforms. It aims to provide effective references for talent training.
