ABSTRACT
Nowadays, with the increasingly fierce competition in all aspects. As the backbone of the development of the motherland, the ideological and political quality of college students is closely related to the development of the country. In order to guarantee the good development of the country, it is necessary to promote the ideological and political quality of college students. Therefore, it is necessary for colleges and universities to take corresponding means and measures to realize the combination of Ideological and political education and management of college students, so as to improve the level of Ideological and political work of college students effectively.
