ABSTRACT
				Training Chinese students' intercultural communicative competence (ICC) is one of the most important objectives for English teaching, which is also the need of the frequent international interactions. Based on the conception and connotations of the ICC, the present author makes some suggestions on how to train students' ICC in English language teaching in the thesis.
