ABSTRACT
				School-based training is the most important and effective way to realize the professional growth of teachers in vocational colleges. Based on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of school-based training for teachers of Sichuan International Boasting Vocational College, this research further reveals how higher vocational colleges can innovate through school-based training management mechanism from the perspective of Ausubel’s motivation theory to promote teachers’ “cognitive internal drive” "Self-improvement internal drive" and "subsidiary internal drive" are improved, thereby increasing the internal drive of teachers to participate in school-based training.
