ABSTRACT

In the process of social development, the influence of culture has played an important role. Music fully shows the cultural and spiritual connotations of different nationalities, and still exudes new vigor and vitality in the current era background, showing the spiritual outlook of the Chinese nation. In the face of the ever-changing society, national vocal music can only fully understand the significance and influence brought by the cultural horizon in the new period, improve the quality of national vocal music education and meet the educational needs of students, so that national vocal music education can be promoted and continuously improved and perfected. Based on the principle of equality between the music culture of all ethnic groups and the later development of vocal music education, it has gradually become the main trend in the world. This paper briefly analyzes the significance of developing national vocal music from the perspective of culture in the new period, summarizes the existing problems in the current national vocal music education in China, and makes a concrete discussion on the national vocal music education strategies from the perspective of culture in the new period.
