ABSTRACT
This study examines the pros and cons of IRR and NPV primarily through their advantages, limitations, and other metrics. Bring practical examples into the research for data calculation and analysis. Getting the result that IRR and VPN have their each own differences, can have their own advantages in different situations, and they are not substitutes for each other.
