ABSTRACT

Under the context of high popularization of quality education in China, the demand and requirement standard for talents are constantly rising. The current society not only requires talents to have solid professional knowledge and skills, but also requires talents to possess good ideological and moral quality and professional ethics. Under this background, the ideological and political teaching activities have received extensive attention from all walks of life. The main goal of ideological and political teaching is to promote students’ ideological and moral cultivation and comprehensive quality, and then lay a good ideological basis for students to enter the workplace. The main content of craftsman spirit is the high pursuit of process quality and technology, which is greatly significant to the ideological and political teaching activities. This paper analyzes the countermeasures of integrating the cultivation of craftsman spirit into ideological and political teaching in higher vocational colleges, aiming to promote the effective implementation of craftsman spirit in ideological and political teaching.
