ABSTRACT

Public libraries need to find suitable information resources, formulate appropriate retrieval strategies, retrieve, obtain, evaluate and organize information, and integrate new information. Information literacy education is not only to meet the needs of the information society, but also the best way to carry out lifelong education in modern students. A major issue facing people is how to adapt to the network environment and grasp the development trend of the network era and its great influence. The newly purchased database of the library will first be used by the librarians of the library, and the contents of literature elective courses offered to students will first be taught by the librarians of the library. Strengthen the introduction of online library knowledge, and equip a librarian specially to lead freshmen to the electronic reading room to watch the special CD-ROM explanation video of the library, which not only explains completely and consistently, but also shortens the explanation time, changes their habit of using the library and adapts to the retrieval requirements of the library under the network conditions as soon as possible.
