ABSTRACT

Many higher vocational colleges pay more and more attention to the construction of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism, and spend a lot of time and energy to explore the construction and improvement of the mechanism. However, the establishment and improvement of school-enterprise cooperation mechanism is a long-term and complex project. This article discusses the ideas and overall framework of the school-enterprise cooperation model, and builds a systematic organization and operating mechanism. And then,we put forward suggestions for improving the school-enterprise cooperation model from four aspects: cooperation mechanism, guidance mechanism, management mechanism and feedback evaluation mechanism, so as to provide reference for higher vocational colleges to develop school-enterprise cooperation and cultivate application-oriented talents.
