This article explores practical approaches to integrating the core values of the new era into daily ideological and political education for college students. By aligning these core values with counselors 'fundamental responsibilities, academic departments' key initiatives, and students' career development goals, educators can implement three strategic frameworks: "Branch+" thematic seminars, "Theory+" competition-driven learning programs, and "Emotional Integration+" social practice activities. These coordinated efforts will ensure educational practices achieve deeper engagement and more tangible outcomes.
