scaffolding "Teaching (MESI) mainly comes from the in-depth study of constructivism. The application of this model in College English teaching is mainly assisted by multimedia. It belongs to a new teaching method in the new era. In view of this, in order to ensure" scaffolding "in College English teaching" Teaching advantages can be brought into full play. This paper mainly analyzes the theoretical basis, teaching advantages and principles of the application of the teaching model, and puts forward specific application strategies on this premise.
