ABSTRACT

The core requirement of education in the new era is to train successors of socialism in the new era with all-round development in morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labour. This paper will focus on the teaching value of primary school labor education and the way to develop it. There is no doubt about the role of labor education in improving the quality of talent training, and its implementation at the primary school level also helps students to prepare for future challenges. The achievements of labor education can be reflected in students' life and study, and the cultivation of labor responsibility, labor sense of accomplishment, labor habits and self-reflection ability also has far-reaching significance. Therefore, as educators, we should not ignore the necessity of labor education, and constantly explore ways to carry out labor education in primary school teaching, so as to do our part in cultivating qualified socialist successors.
