ABSTRACT

In the context of the "Belt and Road" initiative, the demand trend of national economic development for minor language talents is further enhanced. In order to ensure the further development of the "Belt and Road" initiative, national higher education departments need to continuously expand the quality of teaching in large and minor languages to meet the needs of market development. However, in the process of cultivating minor language talents, we still face certain difficulties, and need college education to constantly improve the educational model. This paper analyzes the difficulties of talent training in minor languages and tries to put forward countermeasures to optimize talent training to meet the demand for talent in minor languages in the context of the "Belt and Road" initiative.
