After more than three hundred years of Ottoman rule, Greece's independence movement broke out in 1821, which naturally had its own profound internal and external factors, including the centuries-long accumulation of strength of the Greek nation and the continuous involvement of extraterritorial powers, and this paper focuses on the international relations between the European powers and the Greek independence movement.
