Taking Beijing Mobile Advertising Company as the research subject, an empirical analysis was conducted to validate the hypotheses regarding the relationship between employee satisfaction and employee performance. The research findings indicate that employee satisfaction has a positive impact on employee performance. Therefore, it is possible to enhance the internal service quality of the company by optimizing the compensation system, improving internal institutional development, and strengthening corporate culture construction.
