ABSTRACT

Under the background of tertiary education reform, the integration of university student management and Ideological and Political Education (IPE) is very important. The purpose of this article is to explore the infiltration mechanism and practical strategies of IPE in university student management, so as to improve the educational effectiveness and promote the all-round development of students. By combing the relevant research status, this article deeply analyzes the theoretical basis of university student management and IPE by theoretical analysis, and makes clear the necessity and feasibility of their integration. It is found that goal coordination, content integration, method complementarity and team linkage constitute the infiltration mechanism of IPE in student management. This article puts forward some practical strategies to implement IPE infiltration from the aspects of updating management concept, perfecting management system, building campus culture and using network platform. These strategies provide a feasible path for universities to realize the deep integration of student management and IPE, and help to improve the quality of education in universities and cultivate high-quality talents that meet the needs of the times.
