This study investigates the effectiveness of online platforms and mobile applications for college students' English language learning. It examines how these tools are used, their impact on learning outcomes, and associated issues. Findings show that internet applications significantly enhance learning interest, broaden resources, and improve efficiency, but also highlight problems like improper use. The study offers key insights and recommendations for better integration of these tools in English language learning.
